Meet Our Team

We are excited to welcome Aubrey Rothgeb to our team as our new Administrative Coordinator! Aubrey brings a vibrant energy and a personable touch to our office environment. As a new mom to an adorable little boy, and a passionate softball coach she understands the importance of balance and dedication both at home and in the workplace. Her enthusiasm and commitment shine through in everything she does.

Greg, (not Craig), works in the office, and joined the A-AAA Tree Service family in September 2022. When not working, he enjoys walking his dog Meatball who he rescued as a puppy, spending time with family, playing guitar, and rooting for the O’s and Ravens.

Craig, (not Greg), son of A-AAA Tree Service’s, founders Tracy, and John Sult, Craig is one of our resident Licensed Tree Experts as well as our Senior Estimator. Craig has been with A-AAA Tree Service for more than 10 years. Craig has a passion for fixing and repairing Hondas and is very active in raising his son

and stepchildren.

Dualvin has been in the tree care industry for over 7 years, with more than half of his time as part of the A-AAA team family. Dualvin started as a climber, advancing to a foreman, and is now one of our trusted estimators. In his spare time Dualvin. enjoys watching and playing futbol and rooting for his team, Real Madrid.

Zach has been a part of the A-AAA Tree Service family for more than 10 years, beginning on the crew, moving up to foreman, and now splitting his time as an estimator. When not working, Zach enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and rooting on the Orioles

and Ravens.

Currently, a Special Education teacher in Baltimore County, beginning her 30th year in the classroom. Marcee spends any free time she might have, learning the tree industry and managing the back office business operations of A-AAA Tree Service, and loving it!! Being a mother to 3 fully grown kids, a dog, and a husband keeps her quite busy. Yet she is still unable to find a challenge she can’t overcome.

Husband, and father of 3 great children, who like him, consistently strive to do better. Andrew enjoys working outside, working with customers, and helping others. Andrew was raised with the core value that if you provide excellent customer service, while consistently delivering a superior product and service, is the recipe for a successful business, which makes A-AAA Tree Service the

perfect combination.
